Nelson Gonzalez, age 61 of Easton CT, who was a loving husband of 30 years to Josephine Tosado-Gonzalez passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 25, 2022, with his loving family by his side.

Nelson, born in Bridgeport CT, was the son of Juan and Alejandrina Roman Gonzalez.
Nelson worked as a police officer for the City of Bridgeport for 29 years. He was a dependable, reliable, resilient man. "There was nothing he couldn’t fix."

Nelson was predeceased by his brother Richard Gonzalez and survived by his mother and father Alejandrina Roman Gonzalez and Juan Gonzalez, sister Yvonne, brothers Juan (Jay), David, Edwin, his wife Josie Tosado, daughters Shenoa, Wendelyn, Jessica, grandchildren, and great grandchild.

Calling hours will take place on Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 4 to 6pm in the Commerce Hill Funeral Home, 4798 Main St. Bridgeport.
